Senior Analyst, Traceability & Certification Technology

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global IT platform ecosystem for product and material traceability to ensure end-to-end visibility and sustainability compliance.
• Lead the implementation and integration of traceability platforms such as TextileGenesis and ID Factory.
• Manage and integrate certification and traceability data flows across enterprise systems including PLM and ERP.
• Design and maintain data and integration architecture, including APIs and data mapping.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for operational and compliance reporting.
• Drive technology strategy for supply chain regulations such as EUDR and DPP.
• Define global data standards, identifiers, and interoperability models.
• Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility, Sourcing, and Product Development teams on traceability KPIs.
• Manage technology partners and system vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT specifically for supply chain technologies.
• Hands-on experience with traceability and document verification platforms (e.g., TextileGenesis, ID Factory, TrusTrace, or Retraced).
• Hands-on experience managing AWS-based enterprise applications (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, Athena).
• Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data exchange.
• Deep understanding of supply chain traceability, CoC documentation, and sustainability certification schemas.
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise applications and GenAI services for data workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global programs and external technology partners.
• Fluency in English.
