About the role
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of supply chain strategies using internal performance data and industry trends
- Translate complex data into clear insights to inform strategic direction and operational decisions
- Develop robust financial models and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate initiatives and support investment decisions
- Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and market changes
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor strategic initiatives and supply chain effectiveness
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and planning teams to ensure alignment and actionable results
- Support procurement transformation through process design and analytical support for sourcing and cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, strategy, operations, or consulting
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, or scenario analysis
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of retail, distribution, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as S&OP and cost-to-serve modeling
- Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or supply chain technologies
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma
