Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Finance HCB

Responsibilities

• Own material cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for raw materials, packaging, processing, and transfer pricing.
• Monitor and analyze material cost drivers including supplier price changes, feedstock trends, FX movements, and market indices.
• Lead variance analysis and cost performance reviews to identify key drivers and quantify business impacts.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Global stakeholders to validate costing assumptions and align forecasts.
• Develop financial models and impact assessments for commodity, tariff, and sourcing changes to support risk management.
• Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities by analyzing supplier pricing structures and supporting strategic sourcing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or Cost Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proven experience with material costing, CoGS analysis, or manufacturing finance.
• Ability to analyze complex commodity, supplier, and market cost drivers.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
