Senior Analyst, Subscriber Growth & Monetization

Responsibilities

• Assist in the subscriber business planning process for Disney+ International, providing in-depth trending analysis and assessment of future initiatives.
• Forecast and model subscriber impact from internal factors (content, product) and external factors (macroeconomics, competitors).
• Maintain a strong understanding of operating performance, including acquisition and retention metrics.
• Develop impactful presentation materials to communicate subscriber projections, drivers, and business risks to executive leadership.
• Provide strategic recommendations for new business initiatives and quantify potential business issues.
• Support the structuring of partnership deals to maximize net subscriber growth and operating income.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional work experience in media, tech, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field with a strong analytical focus.
• Advanced Excel-based business modeling skills, including experience with large datasets and recurring-revenue models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to simplify complex matters for executives.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a rapidly evolving, high-growth setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within or with large, global organizations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of or experience in international business.
• Passion for the media industry, international business, and content.
