Senior Analyst, Strategy

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguity into structured analysis and answerable diagnostics
• Design analytical frameworks, scorecards, and decision-support tools
• Apply AI and modern toolkits to data analysis and visualization
• Author key executive communications and actionable recommendations for leadership
• Partner across growth, marketing, real estate, operations, HR, and finance functions
• Own work end-to-end from problem definition to implementation
• Help institutionalize strategic planning and market intelligence rhythms

Requirements

• 3–5 years of analytical experience in strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent) or investment banking
• Mastery of modern analytical toolkits and AI tools for data analysis
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex information
• Strong quantitative fluency and data visualization skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions without formal authority
• High agency and an enterprise-wide mindset
• High drive with a low-ego, hands-on approach
