Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance reporting insights, financial analyses, forecasting, and expense allocation to support data and AI teams.
• Provide meaningful financial support and coordination between finance, PMO, and other business partners.
• Deliver monthly management reporting, forecast/plan materials, and monthly accrual and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement new financial models, methodologies, and frameworks to support planning and forecasting.
• Track Vendor SOWs, timesheets, and their associated financial impacts.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on program design and execution to business leaders.
• Ensure adherence to business controls regarding operational risk, regulatory compliance, and AML/ATF risk.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field.
• Prior experience in Finance or Management Reporting, including planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels.
• Superior prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with client groups.
