Senior Analyst - Service Implementation Team

Responsibilities

• Ensure fund operational readiness for new retail product launches, including mergers, closures, and re-purposes
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external custodian banks to set up market accounts across various jurisdictions
• Manage both registration and non-registration market openings
• Plan, control, and track individual service requests to provide a responsive service to stakeholders
• Work collaboratively within the Client Service Operations team to ensure funds are set up to trade correctly

Requirements

• Experience working within the asset management industry
• Strong knowledge of various fund structures
• Understanding of front and middle office operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to run solo projects effectively while remaining a strong team player
• Experience in process improvement and following complex operational workflows
