Senior Analyst, SEO & Paid Search

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated SEO and Paid Search strategies
• Lead technical SEO audits, site analysis, and competitive analysis
• Develop keyword strategies and content recommendations
• Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Execute testing strategies across campaign variables including creative and landing pages
• Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data across SEO and SEM channels
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay informed on evolving search trends, including AI-driven search experiences

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO or Paid Search (SEM)
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, or SEMrush
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
• Experience managing enterprise-level search programs
• Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts like Core Web Vitals
• Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript
• Experience with bid management platforms like SA360, Marin, or Skai
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO frameworks
