Senior Analyst, SEM Bidding

Responsibilities

• Produce original analyses to identify and explore opportunities to optimize SEM bidding strategies
• Implement improvements to existing automated paid marketing systems
• Plan and execute measurement tests and experiments to evaluate bidding strategy impact
• Apply analytical techniques to measure the true return of SEM spend
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams
• Report on marketing performance, trends, and future plans to leadership
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Maths, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics position
• Expertise in SQL and writing custom queries
• Understanding of statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis)
• Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior exposure to Paid Search, Bidding, and Marketing KPIs is a plus
