About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP EAM and IAM environments.
- Collaborate with Business Partners to gather requirements and configure solutions to meet business needs.
- Analyze SAP EAM and IAM capabilities to support asset maintenance processes and business KPIs.
- Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex technical solutions.
- Execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness and oversee deployment to production environments.
- Provide ad-hoc training, user support, and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM) module, or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementation, maintenance, or support in Dev/QA/Production environments.
- Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration and experience with SAP ECC and module integrations (e.g., MM, FI, CO).
- Practical experience with upgrades, add-on installations, and HANA scale-out environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-based management practices and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager.
- Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or SAP EAM Extensions such as Utopia.
