Senior Analyst - SAP HCM

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, specifically Payroll and Time Management, aligned with global HR processes
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces across business units
• Lead IT-related activities during implementation projects and system enhancements
• Provide specialized support to key users during testing, training, and post-Go-Live phases
• Analyze and support the integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors to ensure data consistency
• Resolve HR team support tickets by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting HR systems, with solid knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management
• Strong understanding of HR processes and their integration with corporate systems
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) to work effectively within a global team
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABAP programming
• Experience with SuccessFactors configuration and customization
