Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver partner services and case handling aligned with SLAs and quality standards
• Act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, registrations, and onboarding
• Provide system support across Salesforce and partner tools, escalating complex cases when required
• Generate insights through Power BI dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and decision‑making
• Support workflow improvements by documenting processes and collaborating with stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Background in partner operations, sales support, or data analytics preferred
