Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Support Japan Sales on top-line activities including revenue, pipelines, and distributors
• Analyze market performance and propose action plans to identify growth opportunities
• Support the Regional Distribution Director in managing KPIs with authorized distributors
• Develop a lean mindset within the Japan Sales Operation and Channel team through process standardization and improvement methodologies
• Prepare materials for routine sales reviews and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) or Sales Operations
• Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 700 or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects
• Prior experience specifically within FP&A operations
