Senior Analyst - SAC

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platform to ensure reliability, scalability, and high availability for the Americas market.
• Deliver local and global application services within agreed SLAs and contribute to operational projects.
• Manage system operations, including maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and user access/permissions.
• Oversee data integration between SAC and various data sources to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Monitor system performance and provide technical support and training to users.
• Follow Global Service Management processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure SAC meets requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
• 5-7 years of total platform experience.
• Proven experience in SAC modelling, planning, complex calculations, and data blending.
• Hands-on experience with both Live and Import data sources.
• Strong background in ETL and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and SAP Cloud Agent.
• Experience with modelling tools in both Eclipse and traditional SAP GUI.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BPC, BW, HANA, SQL, Salesforce, or Fileserver connections.
• Background in Finance.
• Experience applying design thinking concepts to solution blueprints.
• Experience in developing and delivering user training.
