Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution end to end including setup, QA, launch, optimization, and pacing management
• Proactively monitor daily campaign health such as pacing, fraud rates, KPI shifts, and creative performance
• Identify, investigate, and resolve performance issues with root-cause hypotheses and recommended solutions
• Execute advanced optimizations and testing strategies to improve client outcomes
• Communicate risks and performance updates to managers and Customer Success teams
• Respond to system alerts and participate in on-call rotations
• Document tests and experiments in organized, reusable formats
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product partners to improve outcomes
• Mentor junior and peer analysts through work reviews and troubleshooting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on analytics experience
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, and R
• Experience using data query tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• High attention to detail and execution quality
