Senior Analyst Roll Out

Responsibilities

• Analyze energy feasibility for various telecom site products to ensure technical adherence and deployment viability.
• Manage and track the energy status of each site, including provisional and definitive energization processes.
• Coordinate energy connection requests with utility companies, ensuring all technical and documentary requirements are met.
• Resolve energy-related issues, such as failures, power cuts, and reconnection processes, to maintain operational continuity.
• Propose technical electrical infrastructure solutions, including input standards and meter grouping.
• Perform measurements and validations to support the technical acceptance of energy services.
• Support procurement processes by issuing purchase requisitions (RC/PO) and validating service evidence for billing.
• Maintain accurate databases and reports regarding meters, consumer units, and energy status.
• Interface with suppliers, utilities, and technical partners to ensure efficient execution of activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical energy systems applied to telecommunications (Low/Medium Voltage, input standards, and distribution).
• Experience with energy energization processes (provisional, definitive, and network extensions).
• Familiarity with technical standards and utility company requirements.
• Understanding of rollout processes and dependencies for RFI.
• Proficiency in financial control, including measurements, POs, billing, and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data organization capabilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders.
