Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build systems in SQL and Python that pull signals out of commercial, claims, and electronic health record data automatically
• Create durable, repeatable analytical pipelines based on senior leadership priorities and questions
• Synthesize analyses into clear, decision-ready memos and presentations that inform strategic decisions around near-term commercial launches
• Embed with decision-makers to quickly ship analyses and iterate in tight loops on high-priority questions
• Present work to colleagues, communicating insights in a clear and compelling way

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Biology or another quantitative or scientific field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Ability to explain complex quantitative findings to non-technical audiences
• High curiosity, resourcefulness, and motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with claims data, electronic health records, and diagnostic codes
