About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and contract terms.
  • Manage AEMP 10 compliance, including ongoing monitoring and information security assessments for strategic data partners.
  • Oversee vendor scorecards and SLA performance metrics to drive accountability.
  • Support data evaluations, contract execution, and exit/replacement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure compliant management of third-party relationships.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by driving automation in vendor tools and knowledge hubs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management within a financial services organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Analytics, Strategic Problem Solving, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of third-party risk management requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a matrixed organization.
