Senior Analyst, Rewards Data Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of survey operations, including collecting, checking, and validating compensation and benefits data
• Provide data consulting support to global clients across various industries
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting using Excel and other technology tools
• Support medium to large-scale projects, including salary structure development and pay assessments
• Assist in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and supporting client presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with survey clients and internal cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR, consultancy, or the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, ideally with experience in Excel, Python, and PowerBI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality business reports and presentations
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese
