Senior Analyst, Reverse Logistics

Responsibilities

• Own reverse logistics processes across customer returns, 30-day trial returns, and wholesale returns to ensure scalable workflows
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient handling and disposition of returned products
• Partner with internal teams including Membership Services, Manufacturing, Hardware, and Product to resolve operational issues
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational costs, and increase recovery of usable inventory
• Analyze returns and reverse logistics data to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Support financial reconciliation and reporting of reverse logistics costs to improve gross margins

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Business Operations
• Proven experience with reverse logistics in a consumer goods environment
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Experience and commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
