Senior Analyst, Retail Market Insights

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, facilitating day-to-day communication and handling contractual delivery duties.
• Construct and conduct analytical presentations that provide actionable recommendations linked to client business needs.
• Deliver regular reports and ad-hoc data requests with precision and timeliness according to client specifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities to drive value for retailers.
• Adopt modern technology and Customer Success transformation tools to increase scale and speed to insight.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in research or marketing within the Market Research, FMCG, or Retailing industries.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin with excellent communication and consultative skills.
• A consultant mindset focused on problem diagnosis and proposing actionable solutions based on data analysis.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
