Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of systematic review protocols
• Develop comprehensive search strategies for epidemiological, clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence reviews
• Independently conduct and oversee systematic and targeted literature reviews
• Manage study screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis activities
• Conduct and interpret meta-analyses where applicable
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, evidence summaries, and client-ready deliverables
• Provide guidance and quality review support to junior analysts
• Participate in client meetings and support project delivery
• Contribute to publications, abstracts, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PhD degree
• 2–5 years of experience in systematic/targeted literature reviews (for B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
• Substantial SLR experience gained during doctoral research (for PhD candidates)
• Expertise in PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Ovid platforms
• Proficiency in EndNote, Reference Manager, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in designing, planning, and executing systematic review studies
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with meta-analyses
• Published manuscripts, conference abstracts, or poster presentations
