Senior Analyst – Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Lead daily controllership and accounting activities for the AMA region
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence
• Perform financial statement variance analysis and provide insights to the regional controllership team
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GL account reconciliations and review BPO partner deliverables
• Execute key SOX controls to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks
• Support revenue recognition, intercompany reconciliations, and lease/inventory accounting
• Manage relationships with external BPO service providers and cross-functional regional teams
• Facilitate continuous improvements in financial reporting and compliance processes

Requirements

• CA, CPA, or CMA qualification
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting
• Mandatory proficiency with SAP ERP
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and SOX controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
