Senior Analyst - Recon

About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey, including Ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile claim, payment, and account-level data according to process guidelines
• Validate EOBs, payment details, adjustments, denials, write-offs, and outstanding balances
• Identify mismatches between expected payments, posted payments, payer responses, and system records
• Investigate discrepancies related to claim status, payment posting, denial codes, and patient balances
• Update internal systems accurately with reconciliation findings and next steps
• Ensure timely completion of daily production targets and follow SOPs
• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams such as AR, Denials, and Payment Posting
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security policies

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare or RCM operations
• Basic understanding of claims, EOBs, CPT, ICD, and payer responses
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and payer portals
• Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Willingness to work in a US shift, night shift, or rotational shift
• Graduate degree in any discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in reconciliation, payment posting, EOB review, or denial management
• Experience in healthcare BPO, RCM, medical billing, or claims reconciliation
