Senior Analyst, PS Resourcing & Delivery Excellence

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end resourcing processes including intake, matching, and assignment
• Maintain resource schedules and capacity views to align demand and supply
• Contribute to global capacity planning by tracking pipeline demand
• Produce and analyze utilization reports and track delivery KPIs
• Support revenue forecasting and reconciliation of forecast vs actuals
• Maintain data integrity within PSA tooling like Certinia
• Produce global Professional Services reporting, dashboards, and leadership materials
• Identify opportunities to improve resourcing efficiency and operational processes

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability with data interpretation skills
• Experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project operations
• Proficiency in Excel (required)
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and data governance focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Professional Services or consulting organizations
• Familiarity with PSA tools such as Certinia
• Understanding of utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance metrics
• Exposure to financial concepts like revenue forecasting or project margin
