Senior Analyst Programmer - PL/SQL Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot ETL jobs for various Operational Data Stores (ODS)
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and subject matter experts to understand data models and designs
• Take ownership of Informatica development activities and underlying Oracle SQLs
• Provide accurate development estimates for assigned tasks
• Implement standards, procedures, and best practices for data maintenance, reconciliation, and exception management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of strong SQL or PL/SQL experience
• Minimum of 3 years of expertise using Informatica Power Centre
• 4+ years of experience working within financial organizations
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting and experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M
• Experience with source control tools such as GIT or SVN
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse, Datamart, and ODS concepts
• B.E., B.Tech, MBA, M.C.A., or an equivalent degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data normalization, OLAP, and Oracle performance optimization techniques
• Experience in building web services and APIs
• Familiarity with Agile software development life-cycle methodologies
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
