Senior Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot ETL jobs for various Operational Data Stores (ODS)
• Liaise with technical leads, business analysts, and product teams to understand data models and designs
• Take ownership of development activities using Informatica Power Centre
• Manage underlying SQLs for ETL jobs using Oracle databases
• Provide development estimates and implement standards for data maintenance and reconciliation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Informatica Power Centre
• 2+ years of strong SQL or PL/SQL experience
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle or SQL Server
• Proficiency in UNIX scripting
• Experience with Source Control tools such as GIT or SVN
• Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse, Datamart, and ODS concepts
• B.E., B.Tech, MBA, M.C.A., or a related bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within financial organizations
• Knowledge of data normalization, OLAP, and Oracle performance optimization techniques
• Experience with data distribution and access concepts
• Familiarity with Agile software development life-cycle methodologies
