Senior Analyst - Program Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly cash forecasts, working capital reports, and overhead projections to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and perform monthly monitoring and forecasting
• Track monthly subcontractor progress to support revenue recognition
• Develop annual budgets for cash, overhead, SR&ED, and capital expenditures
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct in-depth variance analysis (actual vs. budget)
• Collaborate with department heads and general management to support operational decisions and profitability analysis
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support investment projects
• Support funding claims, audits, and ensure compliance with financial policies
• Act as a delegate for the FP&A Manager when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• CPA designation is required
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, cost management, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and advanced modeling software
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance, as well as pass security assessments for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR
