Senior Analyst - Product Sppt Tech Advisor (SQL)

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from customers and project management teams to translate them into technical specifications
• Manage the day-to-day ticketing queue to ensure client needs and expectations are met
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations
• Participate in QA, UAT, and production launch support for various customer engagements
• Collaborate with the product development team to support platform functionality
• Prepare weekly client status slides and project snapshots
• Drive resolution for routine and non-routine problems to improve the customer experience
• Manage ticket escalations and ensure all documentation is up to date

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of related experience in a technical support or product support environment
• Experience with technical specification translation and requirement gathering
• Proficiency in managing ticketing queues and support processes
• Ability to provide high-level Tier 2/3 technical support
