Senior Analyst, Product & Pricing Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for product configurations, including task tracking, issue management, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to identify business requirements, gain consensus, and document key decisions.
• Analyze, design, and implement new product configurations and discounting structures within quoting systems.
• Drive process improvements by identifying automation opportunities using Salesforce Flow and AI tools to scale operations.
• Produce high-quality process documentation and analytical reports to track system performance and project health.
• Assist with release management and testing to ensure system stability during the deployment of new price books and SKUs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in complex business and technical environments (Lead-to-Cash experience preferred).
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering or using Generative AI tools to streamline business analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets to identify patterns and troubleshoot configurations.
• Proven experience in project management or as a Business Analyst.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with price book management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in a CRM context, such as Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.
