Senior Analyst - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Execute core procurement processes for assigned products to meet service levels and inventory targets
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors and follow up for order confirmations and timely payments
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material delivery status and manage supplier databases
• Complete Open Purchase Order and Shortage Reports for regular review
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to manage Purchase Order changes
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in procurement execution
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve service issues and manage shortage/excess escalations
• Prepare customized reports to analyze and incorporate process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Engineering degree
• 0-2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably BAAN
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within electronics
• Experience in order processing, supply chain management, or end-to-end procurement
