Senior Analyst - Procurement

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and conduct quarterly supplier reviews
• Place orders for raw materials and purchased parts based on production requirements
• Monitor and adjust purchase orders using Shortage Lists and Open Purchase Order Lists
• Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses
• Perform weekly stock checks to prevent overstock and minimize obsolescence risks
• Manage inventory levels for critical materials and resolve discrepancies with warehouse personnel
• Review requisitions and MRP output to order, reschedule, or cancel materials
• Manage supplier expectations regarding price, delivery, and quality
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and metrics
• Approve invoices for payment and handle claims or debit/credit issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP software
• Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong mathematical aptitude, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and proportions
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos
