About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee investor record setup and ongoing maintenance within CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Validate key investor attributes, including entity details, banking instructions, and tax information against source documentation
- Support the execution of capital calls, distributions, and investor account statements
- Perform reconciliations between CRM platforms and downstream systems to ensure data integrity
- Serve as the primary reviewer of Analyst work across investor setup, capital activity, and reporting processes
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including automation and standardization initiatives
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and feedback to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in private capital, fund administration, or investor data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience reviewing work and providing oversight to junior staff
- Working knowledge of private equity structures or investor onboarding processes
- Understanding of capital activity processes such as capital calls and partner accounting
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365
