Senior Analyst, Planning Excellence

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and forecast trends to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain critical tools, datasets, and reporting systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business processes and share insights
• Build advanced tools and scripts for real-time data access for internal teams and 3PL sites
• Create visualizations to communicate complex data to senior leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explore machine learning integration and interactive platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role involving dashboards, models, and visualizations
• 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or production
• Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), dbt, CTE, and Databricks SQL
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Grafana
• Experience with demand forecasting methodologies (time series, regression, causal modeling)
• 1-3 years of project management and coordination experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google App Script, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Experience with R and Python for analytical DataFrame purposes
