Responsibilities

• Support the People Team in driving strategic priorities, special projects, and operational efficiency
• Provide critical project management support to People Team colleagues across ongoing talent and business partner programs
• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of talent management processes including talent development, employee engagement, and performance management
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization
• Act as a Cultural Ambassador for the firm, ensuring values are reflected in policies and programs
• Support workforce reporting, talent analytics, and employee engagement insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Meticulous organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
