Senior Analyst, Order Validation

Responsibilities

• Validate contracts and order forms routed through DocuSign using ServiceNow tickets
• Liaise with Legal, Deal Desk, Billings, and Sales to resolve booking issues
• Guide and train Order Validation Analysts
• Ensure closed-won opportunities are correctly linked to renewal opportunities
• Perform validation of renewal opportunity baselines and incremental amounts
• Review upsell opportunities to ensure ARR accuracy
• Reconcile ARR SFDC data against Finance/NetSuite during month-end close
• Build data quality checks for Opportunities, Quotes, and Orders
• Perform administrative changes on Orders using CPQ
• Process Evergreen Orders per contract

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 7-9 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Reporting at a SaaS company
• 4+ years of experience in order management
• 1+ year of experience using Salesforce CPQ
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Oracle
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work US or EMEA shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French and/or German
