Senior Analyst - Operations Analytics

Responsibilities

• Build and own dashboards and KPIs used by operations leaders to run the business
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and problems before they become costly
• Provide clear recommendations and actionable insights to operations leadership
• Develop forecasts and capacity models to support operational plans and budgets
• Translate complex analysis into concise stories for stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or capacity and fulfillment management
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to turn messy operational data into clear recommendations
• Experience working directly with operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical modeling for forecasting and capacity work
