Senior Analyst, North America Digital & Technology

Responsibilities

• Support program planning by defining scope, milestones, and delivery needs
• Coordinate with business and technology partners to clarify priorities and share status updates
• Translate local requirements into clear user stories for delivery teams
• Prepare materials for governance forums and track RAID items
• Manage product dependencies and escalate blockers
• Assist in defining success measures and coordinating training for change management
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on deliverables and quality
• Apply analytics tools to support actionable insights and data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Experience coordinating delivery across product, engineering, and business teams
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and sprint ceremonies
• Skilled in executive-ready communication and leadership updates
• Experience with delivery governance tools like RAID logs and dependency mapping
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail, or enterprise-scale technology programs

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or technology delivery
• 1–2 years of experience with analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Exposure to AI/Machine Learning concepts
• Experience with MarTech or consumer technology
