Senior Analyst - ML Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build and deliver high-quality AI products.
• Build agentic AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and Agent Copilot frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end delivery outcomes, including data annotation, AI quality monitoring, and KPI tracking.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist in team training regarding AI configuration and model development.
• Develop systems, procedures, and documentation to ensure excellence in service delivery and process optimization.
• Handle high-priority incidents and escalations, coordinating with stakeholders for effective resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Engineering, or Communication.
• 4+ years of experience in delivering ML projects, AI quality monitoring, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing production-grade Python code.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and workflows, from consultation to deployment.
• Experience in service delivery, data management, and client communication.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for project coordination and stakeholder management.
