Senior Analyst – Master Data Management

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers and maintain vendor master records, including updates and new vendor setups
• Work closely with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing discrepancies and other commercial terms and conditions
• Provide timely and professional reports, information, and analysis as required
• Maintain strong public relations with outside suppliers and foster effective partnerships with internal customers
• Advise stakeholders regarding any modifications from original requests
• Obtain pricing and other essential non-pricing information from approved suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Flexibility to work in various shifts
