Senior Analyst, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support cross-channel marketing attribution analysis including multi-touch and Marketing Mix Modeling
• Build and leverage automated AI integrations into Claude using APIs and Model Context Protocol
• Research and test innovative ways to leverage AI for data analytics and routine reporting automation
• Act as the internal analytics bridge for external SEO and media agencies
• Partner with the Data Science team to calibrate new models and performance data displays
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards for real-time visibility into performance metrics
• Perform ad-hoc data deep-dives to identify growth loops and user journey friction points

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a marketing analytical role
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including data modeling
• Familiarity with growth marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and CTR
• Experience with prompt engineering and experimenting with LLMs like Claude
• Experience analyzing paid media campaigns and A/B tests
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for agency management

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of SQL
• Experience with CRM data architectures like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs
• Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
