Senior Analyst/Manager- Oceania Corporates

Responsibilities

• Support risk grading and comprehensive reviews for a portfolio of corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand
• Perform forward-looking credit analysis, annual reviews, and limit renewals in line with bank policies
• Prepare internal applications, including liquidity analysis, cashflow projections, and spreadsheet modeling
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and peer analysis for portfolio clients
• Prepare periodic sector reports and perform event-based stress tests on the portfolio
• Perform covenant checking to ensure compliance with financial and non-financial facility agreements
• Support audit and regulatory processes, including documentation for internal and external reviews
• Maintain accurate credit files and documentation according to bank standards

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent from a premier institute
• CA or CFA qualification
• 2 to 5 years of experience for Senior Analyst level, or 5+ years for Manager level
• Strong understanding of financial statements and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience building and modifying financial models
• Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg or CapIQ
• Solid grasp of the macroeconomic environment and its impact on borrowers
• Excellent written communication skills for concise report writing
• Experience working within a financial institution, preferably with exposure to APAC markets
