Senior Analyst - Legal

Responsibilities

• Perform legal review and draft amendments to US and English law contracts/agreements
• Provide legal support to internal clients across all lines of business
• Support negotiation with external counterparties to manage risk
• Use the Contract Lifecycle Management System (COMET)
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead or relevant in-country Legal Team
• Meet agreed service levels for the contract review process
• Adhere to WTW and Office of the General Counsel policies and contracting frameworks
• Participate in team huddles and stakeholder discussions

Requirements

• Graduate (Bachelor of Laws)
• At least four years of experience in reviewing and negotiating services or software contracts
• Experience contracting under United States and/or English law
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to apply critical thinking to complex reviews
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of GDPR or US privacy laws is an advantage
• Previous experience in financial services or a corporate environment is an advantage
