About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within 48 hours of assignment
- Provide timely support for customer queries and service requests
- Manage extended worker access, course assignments, and learning records
- Support user data management, reporting, and completion tracking
- Ensure strict adherence to Global IM&S and PII compliance standards
- Support learning launches and operational activities across various platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a multinational or service delivery environment
- Minimum 12 months of experience working with LMS/LXP platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is preferred
