Senior Analyst, L2 Alerts Escalations

Responsibilities

• Complete Level 2 investigations, assessments, and dispositions for Name Screening, Negative News, and Sanctions alerts.
• Review PEP (Politically Exposed Person) alerts via Fenergo to determine status and provide supporting commentary.
• Investigate Negative News articles to determine relevance and escalate significant findings to L3.
• Perform Sanctions screening to identify true matches and escalate them to the appropriate Sanctions team.
• Support administrative functions including filing and record maintenance to ensure operational continuity.
• Build effective working relationships across various business lines and departments within the bank.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding Bank and customer information.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of direct industry experience in AML or KYC related areas.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
• Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and tight time frames.
• Ability to work in a standard office-based environment.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours as required.
