Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Undertake hospitality market research and provide meaningful market-driven advice.
• Conduct feasibility and highest and best use studies, assessing risk and financial viability.
• Execute projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with sub-consultants, stakeholders, and internal departments to coordinate report inputs.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and attending network events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and global real estate trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property development or consultancy.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work proactively and manage high workloads.

Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS certification is desired but not essential.
• Solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
