Senior Analyst, Item MDM Operations

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the execution of Commercialization Change Orders (CCO) within the ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical leadership for the CCO process across EBS Alice and PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, including loading production BOMs and performing manual corrections for NPD and sustaining changes.
• Perform cost rollups and standard cost setups for manufactured goods.
• Generate monthly metrics reports and maintain executive dashboards to track KPIs and project priorities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for integration failures and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on ERP best practices and BOM management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) Management and Item Creation.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
