Senior Analyst, Item MDM Operations

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the execution of Commercialization Change Orders (CCO) within the ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical leadership for the CCO process across PLM and EBS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Perform cost rollups, standard cost setups for manufactured goods, and validate data accuracy across multiple inventory organizations.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) by loading production BOMs into the ERP and performing necessary corrections for NPD and sustaining changes.
• Generate monthly metrics reports and maintain executive dashboards to track KPIs and project priorities.
• Act as a technical resource for global engineering teams regarding BOMs, new item setups, and legacy drawings.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance CCO processing efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members through training and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Foundational knowledge and experience in Bill of Materials (BOM) Management and Item Creation within ERP systems.
• Understanding of product development, production methods, and product lifecycle processes.
• Bilingual communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
