Senior Analyst, Item MDM Operations

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the execution of Commercialization Change Orders (CCO) within the ERP system (Oracle EBS Alice) to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical leadership for the CCO process across PLM and EBS systems.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) data, including loading production BOMs and performing manual corrections for NPD and sustaining changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
• Perform cost rollups and standard cost setups for manufactured goods.
• Generate monthly metrics reports and maintain executive dashboards to track KPI performance and project priorities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for integration failures and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support and mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance and conducting functional training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Foundational knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) Management and item creation within ERP environments.
• Bilingual communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Product Development module or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and Stage Gate processes.
