About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Enable effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to quality standards and governance requirements.
  • Support budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities.
  • Maintain and evolve project and product templates, guidance materials, and PMO communications.
  • Coordinate and oversee external Project Managers to ensure alignment with PMO governance and delivery standards.
  • Maintain project/program plans, tracking deliverables against time, cost, quality, and scope.
  • Administer PMO tools including Project Online, OnePlan, SharePoint, and Teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates.
  • Proven experience in a project management or PMO role, ideally supporting technology programs.
  • Practical experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
  • Proficiency in project management and portfolio management tools such as Project Online and OnePlan.
  • Strong expertise in MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Experience working in a global organization with geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Project Management professional qualifications or certifications.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
